For your team

Your team’s AI expert, one day a week.

This page is for the person who runs the place: the founder, the COO, the owner of a farm or a clinic, the head of an architecture office, the professor leading a research group, the director of an institute. You have a team, a lot of repetitive work, and no room for an AI department.

We become that person. One week in your office to start, then one day a week for as long as it pays off. Your tools, your people, your priorities. Every decision stays with your team.

Three ways to work with us.

  1. The first week

Five days in your office. We watch the real week, write down the line between the work that repeats and the work that needs your people, set up the first two or three things, and teach the people who will run them.

    What it asks of you
Five days of being observed, one afternoon of training.
    What it costs
Fixed price, quoted after the free call.
  2. One day a week

We stay as your team’s AI expert. Same day every week, same person. New repetitive work gets set up, staff bring their questions, the tools get kept honest, the written rules stay current.

    What it asks of you
One day a week of access to your team.
    What it costs
    Monthly. Stop any month.
  3. A talk or a workshop

Half a day or a full day for a whole group. What AI does in your kind of work, what it must never do, and hands-on practice with your own documents.

    What it asks of you
Half a day of everyone’s time.
    What it costs
    Fixed price.

The first week, day by day.

  1. Day one and two: we watch your real week.

Alongside your team’s actual work. Not a workshop, not a questionnaire. The inbox, the folder names, the sticky notes, the workaround someone is slightly embarrassed about. The workaround is usually where the tool belongs.

  2. Day three: we write down the line.

One page that says what AI will take over and what stays with your people, read back to you. If something on the “take over” side makes you uneasy, you are right and we move it. That page is the contract.

  3. Day four: we set up the first things.

Not a platform. Two or three tools that take the most repetitive work off the desks. Each does one thing so completely that people stop thinking about it.

  4. Day five: we hand the controls to your team.

The people who will run the tools learn to change the rules without us: the filters, the limits, the templates. Then you decide whether we come back one day a week.

What one day a week covers.

A running list, in the order it usually comes up.

  • The inbox and the documents: what gets sorted, drafted and filed before anyone opens it
  • Meeting notes and site visits turned into written records the same day
  • Quotes, tenders and applications put into one comparable shape
  • Bringing a new tool into the office without breaking what already works
  • Questions from staff, answered at their desk rather than in a workshop
  • The written rules: what AI may and may not do in your office, kept current
  • For research groups: screening the literature, drafting the reusable parts of proposals, keeping supervision records. Never a citation, never a result.

What stays with your team.

  • Every decision
  • Every signature, grade, valuation and diagnosis
  • Every client, patient, student and colleague relationship
  • The choice to stop any month

A field we have never seen.

A farm, a workshop, a courier company, a shipping agent. We have not worked in most fields, and it has never mattered. The first week is the same everywhere: we watch, we write the line between the work that repeats and the work that needs people, and we set up the first things. The field changes what we build. It has never changed how we find out.

What it costs.

The first week and workshops are a fixed price, quoted after the free first conversation. One day a week is billed monthly and you can stop any month. There is no price list, because a two-person office and a forty-person institute do not cost the same.
