Conversational intake, an in-app agentic copilot, and a Microsoft Word add-in producing native tracked-change redlines. Every AI action runs as the signed-in user, so it inherits the same permissions and the same audit trail as a human request, behind a confirm gate that pauses every change for approval. It replaced a commercial vendor costing about €70,000 a year. Built by our owner as an in-house AI engineer — the work that taught us what survives an audit.
